深圳市建筑新技术推广中心简介
深圳市建设局下属单位深圳市建筑新技术推广中心，定位为准公益类科研事业单位（深科信〔2005〕297号）是深圳市唯一专职从事建筑新技术推广应用的国家事业单位，主要职责是贯彻执行市委、市政府和市建设局关于推广应用建筑新技术的指示精神，推广建筑新技术（新技术、新工艺、新设备、新材料），促进深圳建筑业的发展。经国家事业单位登记管理局核准的本中心的主要业务范围是：全国建设行业科技成果申报、立项；建筑新技术推广许可、建筑新技术推广项目管理、建筑新技术引进及推广示范项目管理、建筑新技术培训、建筑新技术登记备案、建筑新技术评估交易、建筑新技术信息收集发布、建筑新技术咨询、建筑新技术展览展示。
深圳市建筑新技术推广中心成立于一九九二年，设有办公室、专家办、交流培训部、设计所、市场部、美工部、文印部、深圳市格瑞实业发展有限公司、深圳市格瑞城市发展信息咨询有限公司。本中心自成立以来，在推广建筑新技术方面积累了丰富的经验，已成为行业的信息中心。中心有宏大的从事建筑新技术推广的队伍、建立了卓有信誉的网络单位和由设计院（所）、房地产公司、建筑工程公司、监理公司、装饰公司、生产厂商等110多个单位共500多名在职的总工程师（副总工程师）、总建筑师（副总建筑师）为主体的专家委员会，他们是各单位采用建筑新技术的中坚力量。
本中心热诚希望国内外科研单位、高等院校、生产厂家和建筑科技开发人员同我中心合作，把建筑科技成果及信息提供给我们，本中心将在深圳予以大力推广。我们将竭诚为国内外建筑新技术在深圳落户提供各种优质服务，促进科技成果向现实和产力的转化，为繁荣深圳建筑市场、推动建筑业科技进步、提高建筑质量和企业经济效益服务。

Shenzhen New Construction Technology Promotion Center Shenzhen New Construction Technology Promotion Center is the sole public institution in Shenzhen which is specialized in the promotion of new construction technology (hereinafter referred as NCT). The Center deals mainly with the promotion and dissemination of NCT (including new technique, new technology, new equipment and new materials) for the purpose of stimulating the development of construction industry in Shenzhen. The scope of the Center’s major activities covers: assessment and appraisal of NCT, project management of NCT introduction and dissemination works, sponsoring of NCT training courses, collection and issue of information concerning NCT development, NCT promotion consulting as well as NCT exhibition service.
The Center sincerely hopes that the scientific research institutions, production firms and individuals dealing with NCT development, inland and abroad, would cooperate with us in providing your NCT research achievements and information to us so that our Center could render service concerning their application in Shenzhen.
